How are AI credits and export credits counted?

There are three kinds of credits: AI credits (shared by polish, translate, AI draft, JD match and every other AI tool), export credits (shared by PDF and Word), and mock interview sessions.

Free accounts

Signing up grants 3 AI credits + 1 export, valid for 30 days;
Referrals: you get 3 AI + 1 export when a friend signs up with your invite code, and your friend gets 5 AI + 2 exports (invite link is in the avatar menu, top right);
When a referred friend makes their first paid purchase, you get 3 bonus days of Pro.

Pro plans

Unlimited exports (both PDF and Word);
AI credits by plan: Monthly — 500 per billing month; 90-Day Job-Hunt Pass — 1,500 for the 90 days; Annual — 6,000 per year;
Mock interviews: 10 / 36 / 120 sessions respectively;
Plan-granted credits are cleared when the membership ends — use them within the period;

How usage is counted

Each AI call costs 1 credit; the advanced engine costs 3 per call (it's more expensive to run);
JD-targeted diagnosis and the AI health-report reading are Pro-only features;
Re-downloading a file from Export history is free.

FAQ

I ran out of credits — what now?

Upgrade to Pro for a larger allowance, or invite friends for bonus credits. Core free features (editing, saving, templates, the rule-based health check) never consume credits.

Why did my balance drop suddenly?

Two common reasons: sign-up bonus credits expire 30 days after registration, and plan-granted credits are cleared when a membership period ends. Your current balance is shown on the dashboard.

How much does translating a whole resume cost?

One full translation counts as 1 AI credit (3 with the advanced engine). Per-field polish counts each field as its own call.
