Resume PDF to Word,
without the garbled layout

Upload your PDF resume: the content is parsed into a structured, editable resume in a clean template — fine-tune online, then export as Word (.docx) or PDF.

How it works

1

Upload the PDF

Text-based PDF up to 5MB. Scanned/image PDFs are not supported.

2

Auto-parse

Education, work, projects and skills are sorted into the right sections — not a raw format conversion, so the result is clean, not garbled.

3

Edit & export as Word

Fine-tune in the online editor, switch templates, then export as Word (.docx) or PDF.

FAQ

Why not just convert the file format directly?

Raw PDF-to-Word conversion usually produces broken text boxes and misaligned layouts, especially for two-column resumes. This tool parses the content into a structured resume and rebuilds the layout from a clean template, so the Word file you export is actually editable.

Is it free?

Uploading and converting are free with no sign-up (daily per-IP limits apply). Exporting the Word file requires a free account, which includes export credit; paid plans export without limits.

What PDFs are supported?

Text-based PDFs up to 5MB — the kind exported from Word, editors, or design tools. Scanned or photographed resumes have no extractable text and are not supported.

Will my wording be changed?

No. Parsing only sorts your content into sections; the wording stays as-is. You can run AI polish separately in the editor if you want.
