What's the difference between Free and Pro?

What's the difference between the 7-Day Pass and the 90-Day Job-Hunt Pass?

Both are one-time payments — no subscription, nothing auto-renews, no surprise charge later. The 7-Day Pass unlocks full Pro for a week (all templates, unlimited exports, 100 AI rewrites, 3 mock interviews) — enough to finish and export one polished resume. The 90-Day Job-Hunt Pass covers a typical job search with 1,500 AI rewrites and 36 mock interviews. When a pass ends you simply drop back to Free unless you choose to buy again.

How do the AI limits work?

The 7-Day Pass includes 100 AI rewrites and 3 mock interviews; Monthly includes 500 AI rewrites and 10 mock interviews each month; the 90-Day Pass includes 1,500 rewrites and 36 interviews for the whole pass; the yearly plan includes 6,000 rewrites and 120 interviews. PDF exports are unlimited on every Pro option.

Can I cancel? Will I be charged again?

The 7-Day and 90-Day Passes are one-time payments — there is no subscription and nothing to cancel. For the monthly and yearly plans you can cancel anytime: after each payment Creem emails you a receipt with a link to a billing portal where you cancel in a couple of clicks, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If PrismResume is not right for you, email support@prismresume.com within 14 days of your payment for a full refund (one per customer).

Will the AI invent experience I do not have?

Accepted Answer

No. The AI rewrites and tightens the experience you enter — it will not fabricate employers, job titles, dates, or metrics. What you submit stays truthful to your real history.

Question 7

Is my data safe? What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Your resume content is yours: we do not sell it or use it to train public models, and you can have your account and data deleted at any time by emailing us. Payments are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record, which accepts major cards and takes care of local taxes. Prices are in USD.
