This Refund Policy applies to all paid purchases on PrismResume (prismresume.com). It supplements our Terms of Service and, where it grants you broader refund rights, it prevails over the general “virtual goods are non-refundable once delivered” clause in those Terms.
PrismResume Pro is sold as Pro Monthly, a one-time 90-Day Job-Hunt Pass, and Pro Annual (all in USD). If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — this applies to the one-time Pass as well.
Trying the product does not void your refund — exporting a PDF, using AI rewrites, or running a mock interview within the 14-day window is fine. To keep the guarantee fair and sustainable, it is limited to one refund per customer, and we reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of obvious abuse (for example, repeated buy-use-refund cycles).
The 90-Day Job-Hunt Pass is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and nothing to cancel; it simply ends after 90 days with no further charge. For the Monthly and Annual subscriptions, you can cancel at any time — no phone calls and no retention mazes. After each payment, Creem (our payment provider) emails you a receipt that includes a link to a secure billing portal where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. Canceling stops all future renewal charges, and you keep your paid access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Canceling on its own does not refund the current period. If you also want your money back, request a refund (see above) within the 14-day window.
After 14 days, the current billing period is no longer refundable. You can still cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. This does not affect any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state (see below).
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, and tell us which purchase you’d like refunded (the order date or amount helps us find it). You do not need to give a reason.
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law — including the EU and UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases and California’s automatic-renewal rules (including the right to cancel online as easily as you signed up). Where the law of your country or state gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
