Membership & Billing
Membership renewal, cancellation and expiry
Updated
How your plan renews depends on which one you bought:
- Monthly / Annual: auto-renewing subscriptions — they charge at the start of each period until you cancel;
- 90-Day Job-Hunt Pass: a one-time purchase — it simply ends after 90 days, with no further charges and nothing to cancel.
How to cancel
- Open the Dashboard and click "Manage subscription" — it takes you to your Creem billing portal;
- Or use the billing portal link included in every payment receipt email from Creem;
- Cancelling stops future charges; your Pro access continues to the end of the already-paid period.
What happens when Pro ends
- Your account returns to the free plan: Pro features (unlimited resumes, unlimited exports, premium templates, the advanced engine, JD-targeted diagnosis, the AI health report…) are disabled;
- Remaining plan-granted AI credits and interview sessions are cleared — they belong to the membership period, so use them before it ends;
- Your resumes, export history and application records are all kept — nothing is deleted;
- If you have more resumes than the free plan's slots, existing ones stay viewable and exportable; creating a new one will ask you to replace or upgrade.
FAQ
Will my resumes be deleted when my membership ends?
No. All data is kept permanently; expiry only affects Pro features.
I bought the Annual plan while on Monthly — do I lose the remaining days?
No. Both are Pro, and the new period is added on top of your current expiry date. One thing to remember: the Monthly subscription doesn't cancel itself — open "Manage subscription" and cancel it so it stops charging alongside the Annual plan.
Where can I see my expiry date?
On the dashboard, or in the avatar menu in the top-right corner.
