Quantify student outcomes: improved class averages, test-score growth, graduation or pass rates, and competition results. Show leadership: homeroom, department, club, or curriculum roles and the coordination they required. Demonstrate teaching craft: pedagogy, lesson and curriculum design, and any recognized or observed lessons. Highlight family communication, advising, and any differentiated or special-education support. New graduates: foreground student teaching, relevant coursework, and your teaching license or certification.
