List publications in full: author order, venue, year, and DOI; a Google Scholar link with citation counts helps. Distinguish first-author, corresponding, and co-author work; you may note the venue and its standing. Detail teaching: course titles, terms, enrollment, and evaluation scores. Give grants and fellowships their own section: title, amount, dates, and your role (PI / Co-PI). Add separate sections for invited talks, conference presentations, and posters. Put references last (at least three: advisor, collaborator, department chair). Include ORCID/ResearcherID; omit personal fields like marital status or nationality.
