List credentials clearly: RN license (and state), BLS/ACLS, and any specialty certs (ICU, ED, OR, CCRN). Quantify clinical scope: unit and bed count, typical patient load, and care settings. Show specialty competencies: the procedures you perform independently (IV access, central-line care, telemetry, CRRT). Highlight patient-communication wins, quality-improvement projects, and any clinical research. Note preceptor/teaching experience and unit or hospital awards; keep it to one ATS-friendly page.
