Put credentials first: bar admission(s) and jurisdiction, plus any special qualifications. List law-school background: school, honors (e.g. law review), and relevant coursework or thesis area. Describe matters: case type, amount in controversy, and your role (associate, team member, lead). Group transactional work by practice area: corporate, capital markets, compliance, IP, cross-border. Highlight language skills and any secondment or international experience for cross-border practice. One ATS-friendly page (two for senior counsel); no photo or personal/discriminatory fields.
