Quantify recruiting: time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, key-role coverage. Go deep in at least one area: recruiting, comp, performance, employee relations, or OD. Use people metrics: revenue per head, retention improvement, training conversion. Show HRBP thinking: how you supported business goals, not just admin.
